UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE ?
Thank you for shopping with Labeled by Ro, we appreciate and love all of our customers whereas we pray to leave everyone satisfied with their purchase(s). However, if you are not happy with the item(s) you've received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, as long as the tags are intact and in their original condition. Once the item(s) are returned, you will be entitled a store credit.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not it's original condition, or have it's tags removed.
We will then offer store credit (not including delivery fee). Please ensure the item(s) being returned are sent with a trackable, insured service that will provide you with a proof of shipment, as we will not be responsible for item(s) that were damaged or lost during transit. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we received your return for it to be processed.
The item(s) that are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserved the right to return them to you.
All Labeled by Ro packages are sent with a signature tracking, therefore they will not be dropped off unless someone is present to sign for the package. If undeliverable to you these items will be held for a timeframe for you to collect. If the timeframe is exceeded, they will return the package to us as the sender. These items will then be refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of refund once processed.
